The Mercy in the Morning

We do not earn the mercy that arrives with each morning. It comes because God is faithful, not because we have been. Yesterday's failures are not carried forward as debts. The account is reset.

Today is new. Whatever it holds — the tasks, the relationships, the challenges — it arrives with mercy already attached. Receive the morning as what it is: a gift from a God who is faithful even when we are not.
